Support for Hidden Manna

Hidden Manna is a daily Bible word search made by NineKeys. If something is not working, or you want to ask for a change, write to us and a person will read it.

I paid for premium and it is not showing

Open Settings, then Restore purchases. Hidden Manna has no accounts, so a purchase is tied to the Apple or Google account that made it. Restoring on a device signed in to that same account brings it back. If it still does not appear, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will look into it.

How do I cancel or change my subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled in your account settings rather than in the app. Settings has a Manage subscription row that takes you straight there. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves premium active until the period you have paid for runs out.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Apple takes refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google through the Play Store. We cannot issue a refund on their behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway, because it might point to something we should fix.

I changed phone and lost my streak

Your progress, your streak and your settings are stored on the device and nowhere else. That is deliberate: the app has no accounts and no server, so there is nothing of yours for anyone to lose or leak. The trade is that a new phone starts fresh. A premium purchase does carry over, through Restore purchases.

The daily reminder is not arriving

Check that the reminder is switched on in Settings, and that notifications are allowed for Hidden Manna in your phone's own settings. The reminder is a single notification at 8:00 am local time, every day, for as long as it is switched on.

Why does a word not count

Words are hidden left to right, downwards, and on the two downward diagonals. They are never reversed. Drag from the first letter to the last in a straight line. If a word in the list still does not work, send us the date and the translation you were on and we will reproduce it.

Which translations are used

The Berean Standard Bible and the King James Version. You can switch between them in Settings, except while a puzzle you have already started is in progress, because the hidden words change with the wording. The notices for both are in the app, under Bible translations.

Accessibility

Text size and theme are in Settings, and the app follows your phone's own appearance setting unless you tell it otherwise. If something is hard to read or hard to reach, let us know

Reporting a problem with a verse

If a verse looks wrong, is attributed to the wrong reference, or reads oddly, send us the date and the translation.
