Terms of Use for Hidden Manna

Hidden Manna is a daily Bible word search made by NineKeys. These terms are the agreement between you and NineKeys for using it. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
The short version
The app is yours to use for free. Premium is optional, and it is sold and billed by Apple or Google rather than by us, so you cancel it in your store account. We do not hold an account for you, and there is nothing to delete on our side because everything stays on your phone.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Hidden Manna on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not sell it, rent it, or redistribute it, and you may not take it apart to extract the puzzle generator or the verse corpus for other purposes. The app and its design remain ours.
Premium
Premium opens the whole archive, unlimited free play and unlimited hints, and removes the rewarded videos. It is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your region.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. We never see your card details.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. The app has a Manage subscription row that links there. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and premium stays active until the period you have paid for ends.
- Lifetime. A lifetime purchase is a single payment that does not renew. It means access for as long as the app exists and is distributed on your platform's store.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by us. We cannot issue or refuse one on their behalf.
- Restoring. Because there are no accounts, a purchase belongs to the store account that made it. Restore purchases in Settings brings it back on a device signed in to that account.
Prices and what premium includes may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and a lifetime purchase already made is not withdrawn.
Adverts
The free version offers rewarded videos, supplied by Google, that you may choose to watch in exchange for a hint, an archive day or an extra puzzle. Nothing is shown unless you choose it, and premium removes them. What the advertising service collects is set out in our privacy policy.

Your content and conduct
The app has no accounts, no uploads and no way to publish anything to other players, so there is little here to misuse. You agree not to use the app unlawfully, and not to interfere with it or with the services it depends on.
What we do not promise
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that a given verse, puzzle or feature will always be available. We may change or discontinue parts of the app, and we may stop distributing it, though we will not do that lightly.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement. To the extent the law allows, NineKeys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Ending this agreement
You may stop at any time by deleting the app, which also deletes everything it stored on your device. We may end this licence if you breach these terms. Ending it does not by itself refund a purchase, which remains a matter for the store.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them and the new version appears at this address. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, without affecting consumer protections you have where you live.
